We are excited, this season is Fort Collins Girls Hockey Association’s 1st year, and we couldn’t be happier, to have you be a part of it. Our program focuses on developing players from beginners to competitive athletes and is committed to a player-centric environment that helps develop hockey skills and builds the character of players to their highest level.
Please keep the following in mind:
2024-2025 USA Hockey Number – USA Hockey Registration hyperlink). You’ll need your player’s current USA Hockey Confirmation Number to complete registration.
* USA Hockey Member Registration
NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit – The Deposit is required for players to step on the ice for the evaluation skate and is non-refundable if a player chooses not to continue with the program.
If you have previously rostered on a team in another association, you will need a completed CAHA Transfer Form signed by your former club. If you have never rostered on a team with another club, you do not need to complete this form.

Neck Guard: Per USA Hockey, all youth hockey players (including 18 & 19 year olds while rostered on a youth ) will be REQUIRED to wear an approved neck laceration guard
Step 1: Register at www.usahockeyregistration.com and remember to make note of or print
your confirmation code! Per USA Hockey and FCGHA insurance regulations and requirements, No Player can be on the
ice unless registered with USA Hockey.
Step 2: Return to this page and then proceed with Fort Collins Girls Hockey Association registration.
Note: In accordance with USA Hockey and CAHA policies, ALL players must have their birth date verified before participating in on ice activities. To verify your players birth date, email a copy of your player’s birth certificate, passport, or driver’s license to the FCGHA Registrar at Registrar@valkyries.hockey. The FCGHA Registrar will notify players when their birthdate has been verified.
